Our audits provide an objective assessment of the systems, practices and controls behind a diving operation. Conducted on site, they combine structured assessment with direct observation to understand how standards and procedures are being applied across the day-to-day operation.

We assess the people, procedures and day-to-day practices behind the diving operation, including staff responsibilities, training, documentation and the delivery of activities.

We review the systems and equipment supporting the operation, from diving equipment and compressor procedures to boats, maintenance and operational controls.
03 – SAFETY & PREPAREDNESS

The purpose of an audit is not simply to identify areas of concern. Findings are recorded through KMB’s assessment platform and consolidated into a calculated risk score, providing a clear picture of the operation at the time of assessment.
Where improvements are required, these are supported by practical recommendations and corrective actions, helping operators understand what needs attention and providing a structured route towards addressing identified risks.
