Q: Is there a diving brand one can trust, no matter where one sees the diving brand logo? If a brand is on the hotel or resort website, or on the front of the dive school, does that tell the client much about the dive school and what to expect?
Q: Is there consistency in the experience the diver gets as from the outset of training to diving with a service provider once he is certified?
Q: If a diver uses a local dive school that they are satisfied with in terms of service and trust, what happens when the diver wants to go on holiday to another destination? Can they rely on any of the Scuba Diving Service Providers marketed on various websites?
Q: Would a hotel or resort owner be liable if ever one of their clients had an incident with a subcontracted Scuba Diving Service Provider that is situated within the hotel? If the hotel or resort owner has not vetted or audited the Scuba Diving Service Provider, where would the liability lie?
